We had this same toothbrush for the past 3 years and liked it so much, we bought it once again. The All in One brush heads are pretty amazing.

I received the Philips Sonicare Diamondcare Smart 9350 toothbrush from the Stellar Product Testing Panel to provide my honest feedback about the product. I have to say I was a bit skeptical at first when using this device as I had used some electronic toothbrushes in the past and was not satisfied with them. I always found myself going back to my manual toothbrush to get that feeling of actually scrubbing my teeth. After learning about the pressure sensor on the brush and the app integration I decided to give it a try. I was immediately impressed with the power on the brush and found it strong to clean but not too strong that it was hurting my gums. The brush vibrates to tell you when to switch to a new cleaning zone during your session which is great to make sure you're spending enough time on each spot. The pressure sensor is something that was a game changer for me. There is a vibration and a light if you use too much pressure. I believe my issue with electric toothbrushes before was that I was actually using too much pressure. Once I found the sweet spot for how much pressure to use I couldn't believe how clean my teeth felt after brushing. Through the Sonicare app I also found out I was scrubbing too much and just needed to let the brush do all the work. I also love that in the app it tracks exactly where you have brushed in live time so you can make sure to get the perfect result everytime. Overall I really like this product and would recommend it to anyone interested in trying an electric toothbrush. With all of it's features it makes to so easy for anyone to try it for the first time and get the perfect brush.

I have had electric toothbrushes in the past - from several different brands - and this Philips Sonicare DiamondClean had some very cool features I haven't seen before. Here's what I liked: USB charging travel case - makes life SO easy on the road - it's so nice that our phones, and electronics have consistent chargers these days - and makes it so easy if you forget the charger too! I have never had a toothbrush with an app before - an app that gives you an idea of how well you are brushing, helping you make sure you get to all of the different nooks and crannies of your mouth, as well as with reminders to book dentist appointments. The app has been pretty straightforward to use and I haven't had any issues syncing the toothbrush. The charger is very stylish and looks nice on my bathroom counter - It just looks like your toothbrush is in a small glass - very cool. But my favourite feature is the pressure sensor on the bottom that glows purple if you push too hard. My 9 year old loves calling me out and telling me that I am pushing too hard! It seems counterintuitive - like if you're brushing your teeth "well" you should push hard - but when you have an ultrasonic toothbrush, you don't need to - and your gums will thank you for it. On to the one con I can think of - the price is on the higher end - BUT - teeth are expensive to fix, and we need to take care of them - perhaps having a toothbrush that does a really good job of keeping them clean is a wise investment? Also your oral health can impact your physical health - so having a good toothbrush and consistent routine is very important! I have played around with the different cleaning settings and intensity options and usually just stick to the basic clean setting. So far so good - my teeth feel nice and smooth, my breath has been good, and my brushing habits have improved thanks to the app! I will probably go buy one for my husband! I love that it has so many different functions, is easy to use, and most importantly, keeps my teeth CLEAN! This latest toothbrush has enforced that I will be a Philips electric toothbrush user for life.

I had never used an electric toothbrush before, largely because I was hesitant about the cost and wondered how much better it could be than the free toothbrushes from my dentist. The difference, however, has been remarkable. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this electric toothbrush. The first few days required some adjustment, but I immediately noticed how clean my teeth felt after brushing. Although the sensation took time to get used to—and the sound bothers my dog—the results have been clear: I find less debris between my teeth when flossing, and at a dental appointment about a week after I started using it, my dentist noted that I had significantly less plaque than usual. I look forward to seeing the long-term difference between cleanings. After trying every setting, I settled on whitening mode because it best supports my current dental goals; a friend even asked whether I had been using a teeth whitener. The toothbrush looks sleek, and I genuinely look forward to using it. I was initially concerned that I might brush too hard or move too quickly, but its guidance on pacing and pressure is clear and easy to follow.

Before receiving this toothbrush I was using either a manual toothbrush or the most frugal version of electric toothbrushes. My husband swears by electric toothbrushes and so it was interesting to put this one to the test! It did not disappoint, it was definitely like a zero to 250 feeling - after the first brushing my teeth felt cleaner than they do after a cleaning at the dentist. I was surprised at the great job the brush did at not only making my mouth feel clean but my teeth look brighter and more white, just using the toothbrush and my usual toothpaste. I've tried 3/4 of the modes (1 week at a time to genuinely test) and I can actually tell the difference. I definitely had to use the lowest intensity setting because it's something to get used to after using such simple toothbrushes. It takes some getting used to because you only have to hold the toothbrush on your teeth, no scrubbing or brushing up and down required. I appreciate the gum health setting the most followed by the White+ option. The feedback provided by the Sonicare app is next level and it will tell you if you've missed an area in your mouth! I do wish you could tack on an extended session even after completing a full brushing. I was tickled by the glass it comes with that allows you to charge the toothbrush. I feel like I've joined the fancy toothbrush club.

I received this electric toothbrush from the Stellar Product Testing Panel to try, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed using it. My first impression was how different the brushing experience felt compared with a regular toothbrush. I like having four different brushing modes and three intensity levels because I can adjust it depending on how my teeth and gums feel that day. The pressure sensor is probably one of my favourite features—it’s helpful because it lets me know when I’m pressing too hard without making the experience distracting or uncomfortable. What stood out most was how clean my mouth feels after brushing. It has that fresh, polished feeling that I usually associate with leaving the dentist. The brush is powerful, but it doesn’t feel overly harsh, especially when using a lower intensity. The different modes also make it easy to find a setting that feels comfortable for everyday use. The feature that has made the biggest difference to my routine is the pressure sensor combined with the different intensity settings. I tend to focus more on brushing properly rather than just brushing harder, which makes the whole experience feel more controlled. Overall, I’m really impressed with the DiamondClean Smart 9350. It feels like a premium toothbrush, but more importantly, it actually makes brushing feel noticeably better and more thorough. After using it regularly, I would definitely have a hard time going back to a basic manual toothbrush.

I find a noticeable clean with my Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9350 Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush. My teeth actually feel cleaner. I enjoy that it has a timer for when to move on to the next section for cleaning so I don’t skip out on any cleaning time. I didn’t use the app but I do love that this toothbrush comes with a charging travel case. I was given this electric toothbrush to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

This is the best electric toothbrush I’ve used! I love the 14 day “warm up” period so that it doesn’t feel too harsh right away. The buzzing between zones helps make sure you brush each section for the correct amount of time and after using this toothbrush my teeth feel almost like I’ve just walked out of the dentist. I love the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9350 Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush. I can truly say I can no longer go back to my old spin brush toothbrush. The difference in how much cleaner my teeth feel, AND how much faster my teeth feel clean is pretty incredible. The Sonicare App: One of my favourite features of this model is the app that syncs with the toothbrush. It’s essentially Strava for your teeth. It’s like having a little brushing coach that helps you brush more thoughtfully and effectively. I've learned a lot about how I brush my teeth from using it—where I tend to miss, which areas I need to focus on more, and even things I didn’t realize I was doing wrong. For example, I learned that I was moving the toothbrush around way too much instead of letting the Sonicare do the work for me. I'm definitely learning to brush better because of it. Another thing I really like is that you don’t need to have the app open while you’re brushing for it to track your progress. I used the toothbrush for about a week without checking the app, and when I finally opened it again, all of my brushing data synced over, which is really convenient for busy people who don’t always have their phones nearby. This is a huge upgrade compared with some other toothbrush apps that need to be open while you’re brushing to track your progress. But, when I was using the app while brushing, it had a live guide that showed me which areas to brush, which kept me mindful and on track. Everyday Use and Feel: This is probably the biggest selling point for me. The clean I get from the Sonicare is incomparable to my old toothbrush. I used to spend an excessive amount of time brushing my teeth at night trying to get that really deep-clean feeling. With the Sonicare, I get a deep-clean feeling after one normal brushing session. My teeth feel super smooth and seem to stay cleaner for longer overall. I’ve even noticed that I often wake up in the morning without as much of that gross “morning mouth” feeling. Modes, Intensity, and Pressure Sensor: There are four different brushing modes, and you can also adjust the intensity (x3), so technically there are quite a few combinations to choose from. I don’t find the four modes to be noticeably different from one another. I can tell a bit of a difference between Clean and Deep Clean, which are the two I tend to use, but the other modes feel pretty similar, and I find the intensity settings more useful. I like the idea of the pressure sensor, but I think the warning threshold should be a little lower. I have to try pretty hard to set off the sensor, so in everyday brushing I’m not sure how useful it is for me personally. Charging Stand, Accessories, and Battery Life: I really like the regular charging stand. It has a wall-plug cord, and there’s a removable plastic cover that sits over the base. This makes it much easier to clean than some toothbrush chargers where the charging base is one piece that plugs directly into the wall. On the other hand, I don’t see the appeal of the glass cup charger. I find that the toothbrush doesn’t sit particularly securely in the glass and tips over fairly easily. It’s also bulkier and heavier, so I prefer the regular charging stand. The charging travel case is a nice addition. It’s sleek and elegant, gives you somewhere nice to store the toothbrush while travelling, and you can charge the toothbrush while it is inside the case. The downside is that the case itself doesn’t hold a charge, so it still needs to be plugged in to charge your toothbrush. The cord ends in USB-A, so you’d need an adapter or another device with a USB-A port to plug it into, which may not be readily available. I like that the cord tucks away neatly within the case, so you can use it like a regular case without the cords getting in the way. That said, the battery life on the toothbrush itself is so good that I probably wouldn’t need to use the charging accessories (minus the case) for a shorter trip. Currently, I’m getting about two weeks' worth of charge while brushing 2 to 3 times a day, which is pretty impressive.
